What you’ll need:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional but oh-so-good)
How to make it:
1. Blend everything ‘til smooth.
2. Pour into a greased pan.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45–50 mins.
4. Cool, slice, devour.
It’s like rice pudding and custard had a golden baby.
