Strawberry Crumble Delight Cake 🍓🍰

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup butter (softened)

- 1 cup milk

- 2 eggs

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup crumble topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.

2. In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients.

3. Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let them cool.

4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until peaks form. Layer it on one cake, add half the strawberries, and top with the second cake.

5. Spread more whipped cream on top, add remaining strawberries, and sprinkle with crumble topping.

6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
