Peanut Butter Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust (9 inch), pre-baked and cooled
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Chopped peanuts, for garnish
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, blend peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
In a third bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually beat in milk until well combined.
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then gently stir in the peanut butter mixture.
Spoon the filling into the pre-baked pie crust, smoothing the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
