Delicious Pistachio Tiramisu
The most delicious Pistachio Tiramisu variant ever? Here it is! FAGE Total 5% with its unique texture is the base for the cream, enriched with pistachios and raspberries for a mouth-watering result!
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 250g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt- 2 yolks
- 40g natural sweetener
- 40g pistachio cream
- 40g white chocolate (me unsweetened)
- 15g pistachio flour
- 100g ladyfingers
- Coffee
- Pistachio granules
Steps:
1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites (with the bottle method, you don't risk breaking the yolk) and whip the yolks with the sweetener until light and fluffy.2. Add the melted white chocolate, pistachio cream and strained yogurt until smooth and homogeneous!
3. Incorporate the pistachio flour and your cream is ready.
4. At this point you are ready to assemble your tiramisu; layer the cookies, previously soaked in coffee, with a generous layer of cream and pistachio granola, repeat until the ingredients are finished.
5. Top the surface with pistachio granules and let it rest in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. You can also prepare it the night before.
