Creamy Chicken Lasagna with Fries π
Ingredients (Lasagna):
- 9 lasagna noodles π
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast π
- 2 cups ricotta cheese π§
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded) π§
- ½ cup grated parmesan π§
- 2 cups spinach (optional) πΏ
- 2 cups marinara sauce π
- 1 egg π₯
- 2 cloves garlic, minced π§
- Salt & pepper to taste π§
- Olive oil π«
- On the Side:
- French fries π (homemade or frozen, fried or baked)
- Garlic aioli or your favorite dipping sauce π§
Instructions:
1. Cook Lasagna Noodles:
Boil according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Make Ricotta Mixture:
In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic, spinach (if using), salt & pepper.
3. Assemble the Layers:
Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish π
Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, mozzarella, and sauce
Repeat until you reach the top layer. Finish with mozzarella and parmesan π§
4. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 mins.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 mins until golden and bubbly π₯
5. Serve with Fries:
Fry or bake your fries, sprinkle with salt π
Plate alongside lasagna with dipping sauce
