Butter Cookies with 5 Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup (90g) powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.

Gradually add the flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Pipe small, even rounds onto the tray.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges turn just golden.

Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
