  • 30ml heavy cream or milk
  • Fondant (for Decorations)
  • 800g powdered sugar
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 30ml water

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Prepare the Cake

-Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease two 8-inch round pans and line with parchment paper.

-Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mixing after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.

-In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until smooth.

2. Make the Buttercream Frosting

3. Prepare the Fondant

-Melt marshmallows with water in 30-second intervals in a microwave. Stir until smooth.

-Gradually add powdered sugar, kneading until a pliable dough forms. Dust your surface with powdered sugar and roll out the fondant thinly.

4. Assemble and Decorate

-Cover the frosted cake with the rolled fondant, smoothing it down and trimming the edges.
