Spicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with Marinara Sauce

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Prepare the Wings:Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Grill or Bake:
Grill: Grill wings over medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Make the Marinara Sauce:
Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Tips:
For extra crispy wings, air fry them for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
