Soft Rolls❤️😋

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Add flour, salt, melted butter, and egg to the yeast mixture, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, then place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Punch down the dough and shape it into 12 rolls, placing them on a greased baking sheet.

Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes, then bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Brush with butter before serving.
