Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes šš¤©
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 65 ml vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 300 g cake flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes pale and slightly foamy.
3. Mix the oil and milk, then gently heat it until warm (do not boil to avoid cooking the eggs).
4. Add the baking powder to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Gradually incorporate the warm milk mixture while stirring continuously.
6. Add the salt and sifted flour, then mix until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
The golden color comes from the warm milk. Enjoy! š
