Milky Coconut Biscuits😋💕
Ingredients:
- ½ cup self-raising flour
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ½ cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
- 3 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp liquid milk
Directions:
Cream the Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
Add the desiccated coconut, self-raising flour, and milk powder to the mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
Add Liquid Milk:
Pour in the liquid milk and mix well. If the dough feels too sticky, add a sprinkle of flour. If it’s too dry, add a little more liquid milk.
Shape the Dough:
Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, take small portions of dough and roll them into balls.
Coat with Coconut & Pattern:
Roll each dough ball in extra desiccated coconut for a delicious outer layer. Arrange them on a lined baking tray, leaving some space in between. Use a fork to gently press down and create a decorative pattern on top.
Bake:
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Bake the biscuits for about 18 minutes or until they turn slightly golden brown.
Cool & Enjoy:
Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack before serving. Enjoy them with a glass of milk or tea!
Serve and Enjoy 😋💕😊
