Donna Wood Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake 🍰

Ingredients:

- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh strawberries (optional for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the dish. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the strawberry filling and spread gently.
3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the cream cheese and strawberry layers, then drizzle the melted butter on top.
4. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly and serve warm, garnished with fresh strawberries if desired.
