Delicious banana Bread Delight
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Prepare the wet ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter, vanilla extract, and beaten egg. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients: Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the banana mixture and stir in. Add the sugar and flour, and mix until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
