Creamy milk cake π°π₯
A soft, creamy dessert and with an irresistible touch of coconut milk. Ideal to accompany coffee or tea! ☕π
INGREDIENTS :
- ✅ For mass:
- π₯ 395 g (1 can) condensed milk
- π₯ 250 ml of whole milk
- π₯₯ 250 ml of coconut milk
- πΎ 130 g (1 cup) of wheat flour
- π¬ 100 g (½ cup) of sugar
- π₯ 3 eggs
- π§ 45 g (3 tablespoons) of melted butter
INSTRUCTIONS :
1️⃣ Preheat the oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F).
2️⃣ Blend all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
3️⃣ AGRASA AND FLACK A MOLD TO BARRA.
4️⃣ Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the surface is golden and when inserting a stick, it comes out clean.
5️⃣ Let cool completely before unmolding.
