5-Minute Lemon Fudge

5-Minute Lemon Fudge

Ingredients:

- 3 cups (540g) white chocolate chips 
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 
- 1 tablespoon lemon extract 
- Zest of 1 lemon 
- Yellow food coloring (optional) 

Directions:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together. 
2. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until it’s fully melted and smooth. 
3. Stir in the lemon extract and lemon zest. If you want a brighter color, add a few drops of yellow food coloring. 
4. Pour the lemon fudge mixture into a lined 8x8-inch pan and spread it out evenly. 
5. Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set. 
6. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!

Notes:

- Feel free to adjust the amount of lemon extract and zest to match your taste. 
- For a more vibrant yellow fudge, just add a few drops of yellow food coloring.
