3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate, melted
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze for about 20 minutes, until firm.
Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, coating evenly.
Place back on the tray and let set in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!
