Pecan Pie Balls (No-Bake) Recipe 🥧✨
These no-bake pecan pie balls are bite-sized, sweet, and packed with the delicious flavors of classic pecan pie—without the need for an oven!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (or vanilla wafer crumbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup maple syrup or corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup melted chocolate (dark, milk, or white) for coating (optional)
- ½ cup finely chopped pecans (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in the maple syrup (or corn syrup), vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a sticky dough.
Form the Balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Coat in Chocolate (Optional)
If using melted chocolate, dip each pecan pie ball into the chocolate using a fork or toothpick, letting the excess drip off.
Place them back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with finely chopped pecans before the chocolate hardens.
Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for another 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Tips:
Want a stronger pecan flavor? Toast the pecans in a dry skillet for 3–5 minutes before using.
Looking for a boozy version? Add 1–2 tablespoons of bourbon for a richer taste.
No graham crackers? Substitute with crushed digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers.
