OLIVE BREAD WITHOUT KNEADING ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients:

  • 375g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Lemon zest
  • 60g of black olives
  • 80g of green olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 340ml of water

Preparation:

1. Mix flour with yeast and salt.

2. Add thyme and lemon zest, mix again.

3. Add sliced olives, oil, and water.

4. Mix very well and form a ball in the bowl.

5. Cover with cling film and let rest for 12-24 hours.

6. Take the dough out of the bowl and form a ball. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour.

7. Place the dough in a hot pot and bake for 35 minutes at 180ยบC (356ยบF) with the lid on. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes at 180ยบC (356ยบF).
