DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES🍫
INGREDIENTS (10 units):
- 2 eggs.
- 1 ½ cups of flour of choice.
- 1/2 cup of bitter cocoa.
- 1/2 cup sweetener that you use
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, or neutral
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 50 grams of white chocolate without sugar.
Instructions :
STEP 1: Mix the eggs, sweetener, oil and vanilla essence in a bowl. Then add the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
STEP 2: Mix very well to form a homogeneous and somewhat sticky mass.
STEP 3: Form medium-sized balls and flatten them against the oven tin.
STEP 4: Chop the white chocolate into small squares and add a little to each cookie.
STEP 5: Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 6: wait for them to cool down and eat!
