Ultimate chocolate cake !

Ingredients:

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease up two 9-inch round cake pans with a little flour to keep them from sticking.
2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together that luscious cocoa powder, flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt—let's get all those dry ingredients mingling!
3. Now, add in the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry mix. Whisk it all together until it's beautifully combined and smooth.
