Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownie Layer Cake

Ingredients:

• Brownie layer:
• 1 box of brownie mix, ¼ cup water, ⅓ cup vegetable oil, 2 eggs
• Peanut butter cookie dough layer:
• ½ cup unsalted butter (softened), ¾ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp milk, 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• Chocolate ganache:
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Prepare brownie mix as directed and bake. For the cookie dough, cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter; mix in remaining ingredients. Spread cookie dough over cooled brownies.
