Milk Brioche Rolls 🥛
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm milk- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.2. Mix in the flour, salt, eggs, and butter until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into rolls.
6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
