Lemon Cheesecake Mousse πŸ‹

Ingredients:  

  • 1 package lemon Jello (4 serving size) πŸ‹  
  • ½ cup boiling water πŸ’§  
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz/250g), softened πŸ§€  
  • ½ cup cold water ❄️  
  • 1 cup Cool Whip 🍨  
  • Berries for garnish πŸ“  

Directions:  

1. In a bowl, add lemon Jello and pour in boiling water. Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved. πŸ‹πŸ’§  

2. Transfer the Jello mixture into a blender. Add softened cream cheese and cold water, then blend for 1 minute or until smooth. πŸ§€

3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add Cool Whip. Mix together until well blended and smooth. 🍨  

4. Spoon the mixture into four to six dessert dishes, depending on how full you want them. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set. 

5. When ready to serve, top each mousse with berries or additional Cool Whip for added freshness and sweetness. πŸ“πŸ¨
