Lemon Cheesecake Mousse π

Ingredients:
- 1 package lemon Jello (4 serving size) π
- ½ cup boiling water π§
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz/250g), softened π§
- ½ cup cold water ❄️
- 1 cup Cool Whip π¨
- Berries for garnish π
Directions:
1. In a bowl, add lemon Jello and pour in boiling water. Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved. ππ§
2. Transfer the Jello mixture into a blender. Add softened cream cheese and cold water, then blend for 1 minute or until smooth. π§
3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add Cool Whip. Mix together until well blended and smooth. π¨
4. Spoon the mixture into four to six dessert dishes, depending on how full you want them. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
