Confetti Cheesecake🎂❤️
Are you ready to brighten up your dessert table? This Confetti Cheesecake is not only delicious but visually stunning! 🎉🍰
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
- Whipped cream for topping
- Additional sprinkles for topping
- White chocolate drizzle (optional)
Directions:
1. Let’s get started by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes, then let it cool.2. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Now, add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until everything is beautifully combined. And for the fun part, gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles—let's keep those colors vibrant!
3. Pour this creamy mixture over your cooled crust, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 55–60 minutes. You want the edges to be set while the center remains just a little jiggle.
4. Once baked, turn off the oven, crack the door open slightly, and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour. After that, transfer it to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
5. When you’re ready to serve, top your perfectly chilled cheesecake with a generous swirl of whipped cream, sprinkle on some extra rainbow sprinkles, and if you're feeling fancy, drizzle over some melted white chocolate. Slice it up and enjoy this fantastic festive treat!
