🛒 Ingredients

  • For the Brownie Cake:
  •     1 cup (225g) unsalted butter 🧈
  •     2 cups (400g) granulated sugar 🍬

  •     1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour 🍞
  •     1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
  •     1/2 tsp salt 🧂
  •     1 tsp baking powder 🌟
  •     1 cup (175g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips 🍫
  • For the Ganache Topping:
  •     1 cup (240ml) heavy cream 🥛
  •     8 oz (225g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 🍫

📝 Directions

1️⃣ Preheat and Prep:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2️⃣ Melt and Mix:

    In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until well combined and smooth.

    Remove from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

3️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients:

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

4️⃣ Make the Batter:

    Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

    Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
