Banana chocolate squares

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
• 1 cup of oil
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of hot water
• 3 ½ tablespoons of cocoa
• 2 cups of flour
• 10 g of baking powder
• 3 bananas
• 250 ml of cream
• 120 g/1 cup of milk chocolate
pistachios

METHOD

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, milk, hot water, cocoa, flour and baking powder. Mix together. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter and put the sliced bananas. Pour in the prepared mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°/350°F.
Bring the cream and milk chocolate to a boil. Pour the cooked ganache over the pie. Sprinkle with pistachios
