Jam-Filled Butter Cookies with Cream Topping
Ingredients:

Instructions:
Prepare the Cookie Dough:Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in egg yolk and vanilla extract.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
Shape and Bake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden. Allow cookies to cool completely.
Prepare the Cream Topping:
