Ingredients for the cake:

• Cup and half of luxury flour = 188 grams
• Two and a half spoons of raw cocoa = 18 grams
• 2 tablespoons of starch = 20 grams.
• One spoonful of baking powder = 10 grams
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla = 5 grams

Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:

• Cup and half of milk = 375 ml
• Half a cup of sugar = 100 grams.
• 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa = 14 grams.
• Quarter cup of oil = 50 grams.
• 50 grams or 100 grams of milk chocolate

Chocolate Cream Ingredients:

• Quarter cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons of butter.
• 150 grams of milk chocolate
• The alternative (150 grams of chocolate = 100 grams of cream)
