  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Chocolate Layer:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Strawberry Layer:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • For the Whipped Cream Layer:

  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • For the Strawberry Mousse:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • ½ cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • For Garnish:
  • Fresh strawberries, halved
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven and Make the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
Create the Chocolate Layer:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Pour the chocolate layer over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Chill the pan in the refrigerator.
Whip Up the Cream Cheese Layer:

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled chocolate layer and return the pan to the refrigerator.
Assemble the Strawberry Layer:

Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Make the Whipped Cream Layer:

In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Gently spread the whipped cream over the strawberry layer and chill the pan again in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Dreamy Strawberry Mousse:

In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and pureed strawberries until stiff peaks form.
Spread the strawberry mousse over the chilled whipped cream layer.
Chill and Enjoy!

Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the layers to set completely.
Garnish and Serve:

Before serving, decorate the top of your masterpiece with fresh strawberry halves and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Slice and savor this decadent Neapolitan dream cheesecake!
