Chicken and Veggie Stuffed Croissants ๐Ÿฅ

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, bell peppers, celery, carrots, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
Roll out the croissant dough and separate it into triangles as per package instructions.
Place a spoonful of the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the wide end of each croissant triangle.
Roll up the croissants, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
