CARROT CAKE FIT 🥕🍫
Ingredients:
- 2 grated raw carrots
- 5 eggs
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil (or other)
- 1/2 cup demerara sugar (or other)
- 2 cups oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Liquidize the carrot, eggs, oil and sugar, beat well until it becomes a juice-like liquid, add the oats little by little and liquidize until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous dough, and finally the baking powder!!! Bake in a greased tin in a preheated 210 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes!!!
Topping ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons demerara sugar (or other)
Directions:
In a saucepan or mug bring everything to the boil until it thickens and becomes icing!!! That's it
