Twix Cheesecake Recipe 🍰

Ingredients:

  • For the Crust:

  • 24 Twix mini bars
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • For the Topping:

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
Crush the chocolate graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Arrange the Twix mini bars around the edge of the pan, pressing lightly into the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once the cheesecake is chilled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped Twix bars.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Drizzle chocolate over the cheesecake.
