Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cake
Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cake:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
For the Peanut Butter Cheesecake:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
For the Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Make the Chocolate Cake:
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
