Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
