Smokey Ranch Crack Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds ground chuck
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In a big mixing bowl, put together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently, just enough to blend everything without overdoing it.2. Shape the mixture into four equal-sized hamburger patties, making each about ¾ inch thick.
3. Let the patties sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking. This allows the flavors to mingle and helps the patties keep their shape when they hit the heat.
4. Grill the patties over medium heat on a grill that's been preheated. Flip them only once during cooking. Cook until they reach your preferred level of doneness. Aim for an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for well-done.
