Peach Raspberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake:

• 2 cups cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup sour cream

For the Peach Raspberry Swirl:

• 1/2 cup peach jam
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam
• Fresh peach slices and raspberries for topping

For the Topping:

• 1 cup whipped cream
• Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions:

1. First things first, preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. Now, let's tackle that crust. Mix together your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until everything's nicely combined. Then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
3. While your crust is baking, let's get started on the cheesecake filling. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until it's all smooth and creamy. Then add in your eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and sour cream. Keep mixing until everything's nicely blended.
4. Now, pour half of your cheesecake mixture over the baked crust. Arrange those peach slices over the top, then pour the remaining cheesecake mixture over them.
5. Time to add some fruity flair! Warm up your peach and raspberry jams separately, then dollop them onto the cheesecake. Grab a toothpick and swirl those jams around to create a beautiful pattern.
6. Pop your masterpiece into the oven and bake for about 40 minutes. Once it's done, turn off the oven but leave the door closed and let the cheesecake sit for another hour.
7. After its oven nap, chill your cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
8. When you're ready to serve, garnish with a generous dollop of whipped cream, some fresh peach slices, raspberries, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
9. Now all that's left to do is enjoy your creation!
