Oreo Brookie Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  • For the Cookie Layers:

  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated brownie batter

  • For the Oreo Layer:

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • For the Ice Cream Layer:
  • 1.5 quarts of your favorite ice cream flavor

  • For Decoration:

  • Whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies, crushed
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Optional: sprinkles, chocolate chips, or other toppings of your choice

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread the brownie batter over the cookie dough layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely.
Once the cookie-brownie layer has cooled, spread the crushed Oreo cookies evenly over the top.
Soften the ice cream slightly and spread it evenly over the Oreo layer.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until the ice cream is firm.
Before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and release it from the springform pan.
Decorate the top of the cake with whipped cream, additional crushed Oreo cookies, chocolate sauce, and any other toppings you desire.
