Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread, for drizzling (optional)

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

2️⃣ In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and finely chopped hazelnuts until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

3️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
