Classic Vanilla Bliss Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 2 cups of cake flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions:
8. Preheat the oven to 160º C (320º F).9. Grease and flour a cake pan thoroughly.
10. Begin by mixing the eggs, milk, oil, and sugar one by one, beating well after each addition.
11. Add the vanilla essence and combine.
12. Sift together the cake flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet ingredients while continuously beating.
13. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
14. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Do not open the oven door before 50 minutes to prevent the cake from collapsing.
15. Check for doneness by ensuring the top is golden and not pale. Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar, letting it rest in the turned-off oven for a few minutes to melt the sugar slightly.
