Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups miniature chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 package fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled
  • 1 package Candiquik or chocolate almond bark

Directions:

11. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
12. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
13. Fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips. Shape the dough into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about an hour until firm.
14. Wrap each chilled dough ball with a piece of the cooled brownie, pressing to adhere, and return to the freezer for 30 minutes.
15. Melt the Candiquik or chocolate almond bark as per package instructions. Dip the brownie-wrapped dough balls into the melted chocolate, fully coating them.
16. Place the coated bombs on a foil-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips, and chill until set.
17. Serve chilled and enjoy the burst of gooey chocolate chip cookie dough enveloped by a fudgy brownie shell!
