Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in vanilla and eggs until smooth.
4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
8. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
