Cheesy Beef Wrap - Prepare to Be Amazed!๐
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
- Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
- 4 flour tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce
Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess fat to keep it light.2. Sautรฉ the Veggies: Add onions and green peppers to the skillet with the beef. Sautรฉ for about 4 minutes until they're softened.
3. Season it Up: Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and veggies, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
4. Cheese Mix Time: In a separate bowl, mix Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce to create a rich, creamy filling.
5. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas and spread a layer of the cheese mixture down the center of each one. Add the beef mixture on top.
6. Add Extras: Spoon on sour cream, extra onions and peppers, and sprinkle crushed Doritos for that extra crunch.
7. Roll 'em Up: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to keep everything snug.
