This recipe was invented in England in 1891! The famous lemon posset
INGREDIENTS :
3 large lemons for dessert and 1 lemon for zest.Halve the lemons and scoop out the pulp.
Squeeze out the juice.
Remove the peel from 1 lemon.
Mix:
180ml water.120 ml lemon juice.
150 grams of sugar.
30 grams of cornstarch.
100 grams of condensed milk.
3 egg yolks.
Lemon peel.
