Buckeye Fudge 💕😋😋

Ingredients

  • 3 cups peanut butter chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup salted dry roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave peanut butter chips in 1 minute increments, stirring after each minute, until melted and smooth.

Stir in sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and peanuts.

Press mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and heavy cream for 60 seconds; stir until smooth. If it's still not smooth, microwave for another 30 seconds.

Spread chocolate over the chilled fudge.

Refrigerate until chocolate is set, preferably overnight.

Cut into 36 pieces. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
