Creamy and Decadent No Bake Peanut Butter Pie, a Crowd-Pleasing Dessert

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed

For the Topping:

  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (optional)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Place in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, beating until well combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
Spoon the filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate, if desired.
