No-Bake Chocolate Marshmallow Pie

Ingredients:

  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (for the crust)
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter (for the crust)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for the filling)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped for topping)
  • Chocolate syrup (for garnish)

Directions:

🔻 Crust:

👆 Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
👆 Mix in melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
👆 Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
👆 Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

🔻 Filling:

👆 In a large bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
👆 In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
👆 Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and marshmallow mixture, let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth.
👆 Let the filling cool slightly, then pour into the prepared crust.
👆 Refrigerate until the filling is set, about 4 hours or overnight.

🔻 Topping:

👆 Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
👆 Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the set filling.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

🔻 To Serve:

Remove the pie from the refrigerator.
Slice and serve with additional whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup, if desired.
