Brioche jam
a soft dessert to try now!
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g (4.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
- 250 ml (1 cup) soy milk
- 100 g (0.5 cup) sugar
- 60g of butter
- 1 egg
- 10g dry yeast
- 250g jam
METHOD
Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise 2 hours. Spread the cake and brush it with jam. Roll the roll.
Put in the form. Let rise 1 hour. Make cutouts on top. Decorate the cups with jam.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
