NEAPOLITAN PUDDING 😋

NEAPOLITAN PUDDING

 Ingredients:

  •  1 and 1/2 can of condensed milk
  •  1 and 1/2 box of cream
  •  300 ml of milk
  •  1 and 1/2 envelopes of colorless, flavorless gelatin
  •  1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream powder
  •  4 tablespoons of chocolate powder with 50% cocoa
  •  4 tablespoons of milk

 Preparation:

 1. In the blender, place 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1/2 box of heavy cream, strawberry powder, 100 ml of milk and blend for 2 minutes.  Add 1/2 envelope of hydrated colorless gelatin and beat for 1 more minute.

 2. Grease the mold with a little oil, pour the first part and refrigerate until it hardens.

 3. In the blender, place 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1/2 box of heavy cream, 100 ml of milk and the chocolate powder and blend for 2 minutes.  Add 1/2 envelope of hydrated, colorless gelatin and beat for 1 more minute.

 4. Pour it into the mold, along with the first layer that has already set and put it back in the refrigerator.

 5. In a blender again, pour 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1/2 box of heavy cream, 100 ml of milk and milk, blend everything for 2 minutes, add the hydrated colorless gelatin and blend for 1 minute further.

 6. Add it to the mold and refrigerate until it hardens completely.
