LEMON CAKE 😋
With a Cup to Tea
Ingredient :
- 1 glass of sunflower oil (not full)
- 1 glass of milk
- 4 eggs
- 300g flour
- 300g sugar
- 1 grated lemon
- 2 sachets royal yeast
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, lemon, milk, oil and yeast flour with the whisk.2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and put the mixture in for about 40 minutes. (Go checking)
3. Let cool and sprinkle sugar on top
