How to make doughnut
INGREDIENTS
- Flour 500g
- Sugar 120g
- Butter 50g
- Eggs 1( big )
- Yeast 1tbsp
- Water 1cup(room temperature or warm water)
- Salt 1tsp
- Groundnut oil for frying
METHOD
1. In your mixing bowl add your flour,yeast,sugar,eggs,water,salt and lastly your butter
2. Mix together until you get a stretchy dough for like 10-15mins
3. Place on your working surface and knead for extra 5mins
4. Leave the dough to rest for about 5mins
5. Then measure out 65g of your dough using your measuring scale
6. Tock in the sides of the dough and roll to get a sphere shape
7. Place on a parchment paper coated with flour and leave to rise for about 1 hour before frying
8. Fry in a low/medium heat
